Timothy “Chuck” Nicholls has served as President of WE PROTECT SECURITY since its founding in 2019, bringing over 14 years of distinguished service in U.S. Air Force Special Warfare. As a Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) specialist and Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC), Chuck excelled in high-stakes environments, providing precision terminal attack control, coordinating complex logistics, and integrating multinational operations seamlessly.

These skills directly translate to his role as President, where he applies the same level of precision, strategic planning, and decisive leadership to deliver tailored security solutions for international clients in Mexico. Chuck’s ability to lead teams under pressure, adapt to dynamic situations, and ensure mission success forms the foundation of the exceptional service WE PROTECT SECURITY provides.

Chuck holds a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from American Military University, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in International Business (MSIB) from the University of Colorado Denver.
